15 minute Beginner Resistance Band Workout at home Jumping Rope

BEST 15 minute resistance band and jump rope workout at home to burn fat.  Get ready to add intensity to your jump rope workout using a band while jumping rope. This is a full body circuit workout that will be alternating between jumping rope for 1 minute and 1 minute exercises with your resistance band. Grab your rope and band and get ready to sweat! 




Each circuit will look like this;

*1 min jump rope with band

*1 min band exercise

*1 min jump rope with band

*1 min band exercise


1 min REST repeat 3x
