Fat Burning 30minute Crunchless Abs- Jump Rope HIIT workout

Fat burning 30 min jump rope HIIT workout with safe ab exercises for Diastasis Recti. This workout will burn fat with 1min of jumping rope intervals and 1 min of crunchless abs exercises that are gentle and can help repair Diastasis Recti. Whether you’re getting back into shape or have been working out a decade. This workout is perfect for all levels as you can go at your own pace and intensity. :-)


All you need is a jump rope (or jog in place) and your mat. For best results, do this workout consistently 3x per week. Skip any of these exercises that do not feel safe for you and instead focus on the ones that you feel are benefitting you the most.Here is the list of ab exercises we will be doing and alternating between 1 min of jumping rope to burn fat with a 45 second rest in- between. It’s fun! :-)
